Terms and Conditions
The customer has the right to cancel their order, without giving reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund less the cost of shipping.
Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Please do not return any item until we reply to any such communication. We will make every effort to replace damaged goods.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.
Please include your full name and address with the returned goods. The customer will be refunded within 10 days of cancellation by the method used for payment.

Sales from this online shop are subject to the following terms and conditions which you are deemed to accept when placing an order.
These terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions through this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site.
It is your responsibility to ensure the information you supply to us is correct.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in GBP. Payment can be made using most major credit/debit cards. This website uses an SSL secure shopping cart. Payments are handled by PayPal secure payment services. You don't have to register with PayPal to use this service.
Shipping is calculated by the shopping cart. You can check this at any time before committing to buy by clicking the View Cart button and selecting your location (UK, Europe or Rest of World) from the drop down box.
Orders up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail or insured courier. Delivery times for Royal Mail and courier are 1-3 days from time of dispatch for in stock items.
International shipping is charged by weight of the order and is calculated by the shopping cart. All international orders up to 2kg in weight are sent by Royal Mail International service. Orders over 2kg are sent by tracked and insured international courier (Parcelforce Worldwide, etc.). Delivery times to 'Europe' for in stock items is usually 3-5 days. Delivery to 'Rest of World' is usually 5-10 days.

By proceeding with a quoted commission and paying the deposit the client is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The deposit is 50% of the quoted price for the project, unless another sum has been agreed upon by Firedragon Games LLP and the client.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Once a quote has been accepted by the client and the deposit has been received, Firedragon Games LLP will proceed with the project as agreed by the client and Firedragon Games LLP. If at any time after the project has been accepted by the client, the client wants to make any alterations to the project which Firedragon Games LLP deem significant, Firedragon Games LLP retain the right to increase or decrease the final payment accordingly.
If the client cancels the commissioned project before final payment is made, Firedragon Games LLP retain ownership of all unfinished models and materials relating to the commissioned project. A partial refund may be made to the client depending on how far into the project the cancellation occured. The amount of this refund is entirely at Firedragon Games LLP's discretion.
Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer.
Final payment for the commissioned project is due within 30 days of the invoice date. The completed project will not be shipped to the client until we receive the final payment. The client should contact us as soon as possible if there is any possibility that payment cannot be made within the 30 day period. If payment has not been made within 30 days and the client has not contacted us we will consider the project abandoned. Firedragon Games LLP retains ownership of the abandoned project and can sell or use the abandoned project as they see fit to recover their costs.
The shipping charge is calculated when the project is completed and added to the final payment to be made by the client. Shipping will be made using a tracked and fully insured service by Royal Mail or other courier, unless the client advises us otherwise.
We can ship projects to anywhere in the world, but be aware that this can be very costly. We can give you a rough estimate of the shipping cost with the original quote. The client is responsible for payment of any additional taxes or import duties imposed by their countries.
Firedragon Games LLP will do everything possible to ensure your completed project arrives in perfect condition. We are very experienced in packing and shipping solutions to every corner of the globe. If your item does arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible. Send photographs of the damage to the item and damage to the packaging if evident. We will seek compensation from the courier and, if necessary, organise the return of the item to us for repair.

You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact us directly.

- we engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our website, such as delivery companies (Royal Mail, UPS, etc.) and payment service providers (PayPal). We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to fulfill your purchase order or provide a service agreed upon by you.
- data is collected by our website hosting service (Squarespace) only for the purpose of operating our website and improving the services and products we offer through our website.

We store and process your information through third-party hosting services (Squarespace and PayPal) that may be in the US and other jurisdictions.
