All prices are in GBP. Payment can be made using most major credit/debit cards, personal cheque (UK only) and PayPal balance. This website uses the SSL secure shopping cart by "Mal's e-commerce". Payments are handled by PayPal secure payment services. You don't have to register with PayPal to use this service.
SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated by the shopping cart. You can check this at any time before committing to buy by clicking the View Cart button and selecting your location (UK, Europe or Rest of World) from the drop down box.
UK SHIPPING
All UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.00. The maximum you will be charged is £3.00. Orders up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. All orders over 2kg will be sent by insured courier. Delivery times for Royal Mail and courier are 1-3 days from time of dispatch for in stock items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5.00. The maximum you will be charged is £5.00. All international orders up to 2kg in weight are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets service. Orders over 2kg can only be sent by special arrangement using an international courier or sent as two or more separate packages. Delivery times to 'Europe' for in stock items is 3-5 days. Delivery to 'Rest of World' is 5-10 days.

A customer has the right to cancel their order, without giving reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund less the cost of shipping.
Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Please do not return any item until I reply to any such communication. I will make every effort to replace damaged goods.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.
Please state the reason for returning the goods and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 10 days of cancellation by the method used for payment.
