STOCK and OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If
the item you are purchasing is in stock it is usually despatched
the same day.
Out
of stock items are usually restocked within 7 days. You can
still purchase an out of stock item and it will be despatched
to you as soon as the restock arrives. If there is any delay
in this you will be notified by email.
UK
SHIPPING
All
shipping up to 2kg is calculated by actual weight of shipment
and corresponds directly to Royal Mail's First Class Packet
rates. All orders over 2kg will be charged at a flat rate of
£8.50 and sent by courier. Delivery times for Royal mail
and courier are 1-3 days for in stock items.
Delivery time for items not in stock is 7-10 days. I will contact
you in the event that the item is no longer available or substantially
delayed.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING
I
will ship orders worldwide. All international shipping up to
2kg in weight is by Royal Mail Small Packets service. The shipping
is calculated during checkout and is based on the actual weight
of the goods ordered. There are separate geographical rates
for 'Europe' and 'Rest of World'. Orders over 2kg are sent by
international courier. Delivery times to Europe for in stock
items is 3-5 days. Delivery to 'Rest of World' is 5-10 days.

or substantially delayed.

conditions which you are deemed to accept when placing an order.

terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions through
this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your

any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are

is your responsibility to ensure the information you supply
to us is correct. We will tell you if your payment details cannot
be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. Prices,
offers and products are subject to availability and may change
before (but not after) we accept your order.
RETURNS
A customer has the right to cancel their order, without giving
reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days
of receipt, for a full refund less shipping.
Missing
items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported
either by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
Please do not return any item until we reply to any such communication.
We will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement
is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason,
Our only legal obligation is to refund the full purchase price.
The
customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning
the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied
goods. A deduction will be made from the refund of any direct
cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in
the condition that they were first supplied.
Please
state the reason for returning the goods and your full name
and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of
cancellation by the method used for payment.
